This is a step-by-step guide for service providers who are are newly subscribed to the inbound email feature for Emersion's Service Desk module. It enables tickets to be created in user-defined queues when an email is received to a given mail box.

Following this acceptance testing plan will assist you verify that Emersion have correctly enabled the module for your retail service provider account.

This feature is not available with wholesale service provider accounts.

Step-by-step guide

Under your Retail Service Provider account, login and go:

  • Service Desk > Manage Mailboxes

The menu item should be visible and the page should load without error.
