Overview
This is a step-by-step guide for service providers who are are newly subscribed to the Staff Credit Levels feature that extends the Permissions module.
Following this acceptance testing plan will assist you verify that Emersion have correctly enabled the module for your retail service provider account.
This module is available with wholesale service provider accounts.
Step-by-step guide
This module is very simple to verify.
Log into Cumulus.
Admin > Staff > Org Units and Roles
There should be a sub-tab visible called Credit Permission Management.
Click the tab to load the page.
The page must load correctly and look like the page below, minus any values in the level fields.
If so, the acceptance test has passed.
