Overview
This features provides a way to create new accounts by cloning the account details and payment terms of the existing account.

Collective Account Groups
If the cloned account is going to be joined to a collective account group, you won't be able to create or copy bank account details. The user interface will allow you to select the option, however an error will appear stating "This request could not be processed. Please review the details provided and try again."
How to Clone an Account
To clone an account, navigate to the relevant account and then click the Account Groups tab.
Click on the Account Cloning tab. On this page, complete each section to confirm which account information will be cloned.
Under the Bank Account Details tab, if the Crete New Bank Details option is selected, a new section of fields will automatically appear which will prompt you to input the new bank account details. The Clone Existing Bank Account Details option will only be available if the account's bank details are stored under Payment Methods > Direct Debit Details.
Once you have completed all the fields, click Submit. A notification will appear on-screen confirming that the account was cloned successfully.
The newly created account(s) can also be found in the Business Partner List.
