This article explains how to apply a subscription rate override to a telephony service.
How to Apply a Subscription Rate Override
Log in to Cumulus and navigate to the relevant customer. Navigate to Service Subscriptions > Manage Rate Overrides.
To add a rate override, select the relevant tariff and then click Add Tariff.
The below screen will appear.
Complete the relevant tariff information and the dates that the tariff override are valid from and to, then click Save Rate For Tariff.
