Description: This report shows all Bolt On Subscriptions that have exceeded 50%, 85% or 100% of their included value.

Report Fields
| Field name | Description |

| Account Id | The Id of the account |
Account Name | The name of the account |
| Primary Contact Number | The primary contact phone number for the account |
| Primary E-Mail Address | The primary contact e-mail address for the account |
| Service Id | The service affected |
| Service Identifier | The current core service identifier for the service affected |
| Service Subscription Id | The service subscription for the service affected |
| Service Bolt On Subscription Id | The specific bolt on subscription. |
| Bolt On Name | The internal name of the bolt on plan for the bolt on subscription |
| Maximum Allowed Value | The maximum amount of included value for the bolt on. If, in the Bolt On plan configuration, you have the plan configured for pro-rata, this amount will be lower for a particular period if that period is shorter than the expected period length (eg Monthly). This will occur either when:

| Maximum Allowed Type | The type of included value assigned to the bolt on. This could be dollars, kilobytes, seconds or units. |
| Bonus | The amount of any bonus that is configured on the bolt on |
| Period Start | The start date of the current bolt on subscription period |
| Period End | The end date of the current bolt on subscription period |
| Total Rated Amount (Inc Tax) | The total rated amount for usage assigned to the current bolt on period. Keep in mind that the rated amount is the amount prior to any included value being calculated. |
| Total Included Value Used | The total amount of included value used against the bolt on during the current period. This will be in the same unit of measure as the Maximum allowed type. For example, if a bolt on is in kilobytes, this figure will show in kilobytes |
| Total Included Value Remaining | The total amount of included value remaining for the current period. This will be in the same unit of measure as the Maximum allowed type. For example, if a bolt on is in kilobytes, this figure will show in kilobytes |
| Percentage Used | The total percentage of the included value used over the Maximum Allowed Value + Bonus. |
