Report Fields

Field nameDescription
Bulk Import IDAn internal ID (useful to provide to Emersion Support if any issues)
Bulk Import NameThe name of the bulk import used. Note: This name may slightly differ from the names of the bulk imports in the Admin > Bulk Import UI
Created Date

The date the bulk import was originally started (when a bulk import file is first uploaded)

FilenameThe name of the bulk import file uploaded
Cumulus User IDThe Cumulus User ID of the person logged in who uploaded the bulk import file
Cumulus UsernameThe Cumulus Username of the person logged in who uploaded the bulk import file
Full NameThe First & Last name from the contact attached to the Cumulus User as above
Workflow IDThe internal workflow ID (useful to provide to Emersion Support if any issues)
Workflow CreatedThe actual date/time that the bulk import workflow is created
Workflow Status

When a bulk import workflow is created, it will progress through a series of statuses as the system processes it. The most common statuses are as follows;

CREATEDThis workflow has been created but has not started yet
RUNNING

This workflow is currently running

COMPLETE

This workflow has been completed successfully


This doesn't necessarily mean a bulk completed successfully - only that the workflow itself finished running.

Please ensure you review the Bulk upload processing notification email for any possible validation errors.

ERRORThe workflow failed. Please raise a support ticket and provide the Bulk Import ID and/or the Workflow ID.
ERROR_REVIEWEDThe workflow was failed manually. This status is usually reserved for use by Emersion staff.
MISSING WORKFLOW STATUS!

This is a special custom status output only under circumstances whereby underlying status reference data is missing.

Please raise a support ticket to alert our support team to this ASAP.

Error Results

If there have been any errors received during the processing of the workflow this column will contain an error message, otherwise it is normally empty.
