How to Complete an Address-Based Service Qualification

To begin, create a new order in Cumulus by navigating to Services > New Order or Services > Orders > Create New Order. Alternatively, use the customer search function to find the relevant customer and then click the Order a Service > Start New Order.

In the service row, click Enter SQ Details. In Choose Mode, select Qualify by Address, and then enter the address in the displayed form and then press Proceed. Select the correct address from the displayed list and press Proceed again. You will be returned to the previous screen, the row containing the service will now indicate that the service qualification was successful.

Select the package you are ordering, and then press Select Package.

In the Service table shown on the next page, press Configure in the row of the service.

On the confirmation page, if the address is not pre-filled from the previous step, you must enter it here or select it from the Copy Address From list box. When you're done, press Save. This will return you to the previous screen.

Press Proceed to finalise the order. The final page is a confirmation page which displays all the settings you have chosen so far and provides the option to upload a contract for the order. Click Finalise Order to submit the order and enter it into the system.

After this, the order is ready to be provisioned.
