Overview
This article covers how to create a new invoice layout. For help on customising each section of the invoice layout, see this article.
Admin > My Invoice Template > Invoice Layouts
From the invoice layout list screen:
- Click the Create New button on the left. The New Invoice Layout page will open.
- Give the new invoice layout a name. Optionally, provide a description. Most importantly, select an Invoice Layout Design to use.
- When you are finished, click the Submit button.
Once the new layout is saved, the user will be taken to the Logos and Colours sub tab of the new invoice layout.
If this is the only invoice layout on your account, please ensure you set it as the provider default invoice layout ASAP to avoid invoice rendering errors.
