Related Service Type

Input Filters

Field NameDescription
Contact Status

Provides the ability to filter the output to only Active contacts (staff users)

  • Active
  • All (ie. all other possible statuses - including Active)

Report Fields

Field nameDescription
Contact IDThe ID of the Contact (linked to the Cumulus User)
First NameThe First Name of the Contact
Last NameThe Last Name of the Contact
Status

The Status of the Contact. The most popular being;

  • Active
  • Inactive
  • Cancelled

Only Cumulus Users with a status of Active are permitted to login

Org Unit

The Organisation Unit the Cumulus User is assigned to

This will directly impact the permissions and level of access the staff user has

EmailThe email address of the Contact
PhoneThe Landline Phone Number of the Contact
MobileThe Mobile Phone Number of the Contact
Cumulus User IDThe ID of the Cumulus User (linked to the Contact)
Username

The username of the Cumulus User

This is used, along with a password (and possibly 2FA code) for login to the system

User Locked

Whether the Cumulus User has been locked. Can be one of;

  • <empty> (not locked)
  • 0 (not locked)
  • 1 (locked)

A locked user account will mean staff are unable to login until the account is unlocked.

Login Attempts

The number of invalid login attempts

When this count reaches 3 the user account will be Locked (and staff will be unable to login)

Last Login

The Date & Time of the last successful user account login

2FA Status

Whether 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) is enabled or disabled. Will be either;

  • Enabled
  • Disabled
