This setting changes the point of reference used when generating the graph-bars on the 'Invoice Layout 1' from being the 'End Date' of the Invoice any charges are related, to being the 'Covers From' of the individual charges themselves.

The logic will create graph-bars ahead of the current point in time if the charges 'Covers From' is in the future. 

Note By using this setting, the total 'current charges' on the invoice may not always match the graph presentation.
