The Engage Portal
The Engage Portal is a community hub where clients can seek help from our technical support team, engage with your project manager regarding an onboarding project, seek a discussion with the sales department, book consulting or training, or even ask about your invoice from Emersion.
The Engage Portal replaces Jira Service Desk as Emersion's service delivery platform of choice.
You can access the Engage Portal here using your Engage Portal login details.
If you do not yet have a login, you can request an account by sending an email to servicedesk@emersion.com.au from your company email address.
When you log into the Engage Portal, you will be able to Raise a Case, visit our Online Help, view your Projects or open Cumulus.
Raise a Case
This is where you go to submit a case to Emersion. This will open a new page with different options depending on the type of case you want to raise. You can see an explanation of each case type here.
Online Help
This is the central Emersion knowledge base, and contains information and resources for using Cumulus and the Engage Portal.
Projects
This is where you can view your current onboarding project. To learn how to navigate and track your onboarding project, click here.
Cumulus
This will redirect you from the Engage Portal to Cumulus.
