Overview
Often carriers and service suppliers who need to send Emersion usage files (such as CDRs) will need to white list Emersion's IP address(es).
Other uses that may require white listing of our IP addresses may include;
- SPF record addition
- Outbound carrier or client connections to our SFTP server
IP Addresses
IP addresses are subject to change at any time in the future.

122.252.148.10 | Allows for payment transactions via API, where a payment vendor's API is white-list protected by an IP address (e.g Westpac Payway API (Aus)) | Active |

Do not use IP addresses when connecting to Emersion. Only use supplied host names.
End User Portal
Australian customers can use a CNAME record that points to userportal.emersion.com.au
International customers can use a CNAME record that points to userportal.emersion.com
The underlying IP address can change at any time.
