Overview
When a customer’s account status is changed (i.e. from active to inactive, or vice versa) this event sends a notification.
This can be used to inform the customer of the changes, or a group of staff members.
Licensing
This event is:
- a standard event for Wholesale and Retail service providers
- included with a module or feature
- a standalone event available upon request (please contact your Account Manager)
Trigger
The event is triggered by a user changing the status of the account from an active to inactive status, or back again.
