Overview

This event will send a notification when a customer's automated payment method is enabled.

Licensing

This event is:

  • a standard event
  • included with a module or feature
  • a standalone event available upon request (please contact your Account Manager)





Trigger

The event is triggered by one of two actions:

  1. a payment method is first configured.
  2. an existing payment method is re-enabled.

Action Types

The event supports the following actions. 

  • Message
  • SMS
  • Log
  • On Screen

Template Variables

  • Account ID

  • Account name

  • Payment method

  • Enabled via

  • Activation date

  • Terms and conditions

  • Outstanding amount


No thresholds apply to this event.
