Event type ID: 5
Overview
This event is used to send a notification to the end user that a package subscription migration has commenced.
Licensing
This event is:
- Wholesale and Retail service providers
- included with a module or feature
- a standalone event available upon request (please contact your Account Manager)
Trigger
The event is triggered when a user presses the Complete Migration button on the final step of the package subscription migration wizard.
When this button is pressed, a provisioning request for a package subscription migration is submitted and the event is triggered.
