Overview

This event will send an email to the service provider when a user places an order for an activation, cancellation or a migration, and there are manual provisioning steps in the process that are now awaiting action.

Licensing

This event is:

  • a standard event for Wholesale and Retail service providers 
  • included with a module or feature
  • a standalone event available upon request (please contact your Account Manager)





Trigger

The event is triggered when:

  • A service is created as a result of a new order and requires manual provisioning to activate.
  • A service requires manual provisioning to cancel.
  • A service requires manual provisioning to be migrated.
