Event type ID: 925


Overview

This event sends a notification to a customer when their usage has reached a certain theshold (50%, 85% or 100%). It has been created to assist retail service providers in the Australian telecommunications industry.


To use this event, Included Value must be configured.

Licensing

This event is:

  • a standard event for | Wholesale service providers | Retail service providers | Wholesale and Retail service providers 
  • included with a module or feature
  • a standalone event available upon request (please contact your Account Manager)





Trigger

The event is available for three seperate usage thesholds: 50%, 85% or 100%. The event will trigger when the enabled percentage theshold is met.
