Overview
An on screen display that is available to be used when fulfilling a service order via the Services > Service Fulfilment section. Supports SIM information if provided.
Licensing
This event is:

- Included with a module or feature
- a standalone event available upon request (please contact your Account Manager)
Trigger
The event is triggered by the user clicking the Generate Forms button in the Print Forms section on the Services > Service Fulfilment screen.
