Event type ID: 1047
Overview
The purpose of this event is to inform an end user that appointment information has been created or updated against its Vocus NBN order. This would be very important for the end user to be aware if the appointment schedule changes.
Licensing
This event is:
- a standard event
- included for Retail Service Providers selling Vocus NBN services
- a standalone event available upon request (please contact your Account Manager)
Trigger
This event is fired if the system detects that an appointment for an in-process order has been created or varies by Vocus.
The event will not fire if the Vocus assigned username does not start with a "0", as the username is not valid.
