Event type ID: 1050


Overview

Notifies the end user when the username is assigned to an Vocus NBN service.

This provides a way to get the end user their Vocus credentials as soon as they are created on the Vocus network. In the event that activation of the service is delayed, this event ensures the service credentials are received ahead of time.

Licensing

This event is:

  • a standard event
  • included for Retail Service Providers selling Vocus NBN services
  • a standalone event available upon request (please contact your Account Manager)





Trigger

The event is triggered when Vocus assigns a username to a service for the first time. It will not be triggered if the username is subsequently updated.

The event will not fire if:

  • the Vocus assigned username does not start with a "0", as the username is not valid.
  • the event has previously been triggered.
