Overview
This article covers how to configure package plans and service plans in order to override the set up fee or the access fee for a given subscription. Without correctly configuring the plans, users cannot override the fees for any customer who subscribes to these plans.

Reversing the Plan Configuration
In order to disable the overrides so it is no longer possible to apply an override to it going forward, users must ensure that there are no current access fee overrides in place. The flag cannot be disabled unless the end date for all access fee overrides are in the past.
The override is deemed to be in the past at 00:00hrs on the override's end date.
Package Plan Configuration
Enable Fee Overrides
To enable the package plan for either setup or access fee overrides, follow these steps.
Packages & Plans > Package Plans
- Find the plan you want to configure, then click on the package plan ID to open the package plan's configuration page.
- Click the Edit button in the main section (above the sub tabs) to put the page into EDIT mode.
- Tick the Enable package subscription fee overrides box.
- Press the Save button.
The system will not present the override options during the order unless this flag is checked.
Disable Fee Overrides
To disable access fee overrides for a given package plan, follow these steps.
Packages & Plans > Package Plans
- Find the plan you want to configure, then click on the package plan's ID to open its configuration page.
- Click the Edit button in the main section (above the sub tabs) to put the page into EDIT mode.
- Remove the tick from the Enable package subscription fee overrides box.
- Press the Save button.

Service Plan Configuration

- Remove the tick from the Enable fee overrides per subscription box.
