Overview

This page contains the detailed information that is sent from Emersion to the IPND via Emersion's IPND integration.

For summarised information, please see the IPND Fundamentals article.  For more information about the IPND module, start here.

Public Number

The primary service identifier is the ‘Public Number’.

If a range of numbers is associated to the service all numbers will be loaded.

If a number associated with the service itself is removed or modified, this will be reflected in the IPND.

Business Rules

All non-phone number data is excluded from service identifiers that are sent in the outbound IPND file. The symbols '@', '/' will fail validation and any information after these symbols will also be excluded.

Spaces, brackets, periods and commas will be removed from the outbound file but will pass validation and be sent.

If the service identifier is not a simple phone number (either  61XXXXXXXXX or 0XXXXXXXXX) then it will fail.
