Overview

When synchronising companies from ConnectWise to Emersion, service providers can choose to synchronise all companies or just some, based on the company status.

This article guides users to setting up which ConnectWise company statuses should be synchronised when accounts are created in Emersion.

Synchronisation Support

This mapping is only used when Companies and Contacts are set to Pull: Emersion → ConnectWise.

For service providers who are syncing in the other direction, configure the company status setting on the Companies and Contacts settings page.  In the Push configuration, this status is always used when creating new records.


Map a Company Status

To access the company types mapping page, go to Integration > ConnectWise > Mappings > Company Status

To sync companies that are in a specific company status to Emersion, enable it via the Sync tick box.

When finished, press Save
