Overview
When synchronising product data, service providers need to map their Emersion product categories and subcategories with their corresponding ones in ConnectWise.
This article guides users how to map product categories and subcategories between systems.
Synchronisation Support
This mapping is only used when products are set to Push: ConnectWise → Emersion.
For service providers who are syncing products in the other direction configure the Product Price Types mapping page.
Mapping Product Categories
To access the company types mapping page, go to Integration > ConnectWise > Mappings > Category
For each Emersion product category/subcategory combination, choose a corresponding ConnectWise product category/subcategory combination to map it to.
Complete the mapping for all product category/subcategory combinations of measure in Emersion.
When you are finished, press Save.
