The term 'onboarding' can mean different things to different businesses.

It may mean:

  • consolidating several legacy systems into Emersion single platform.
  • you are starting your business and have yet to invoice a customer.
  • you need to set up, configure and deploy a single new module into the business.

Whatever your situation, onboarding with Emersion is made easier with these resources and guides.

Onboarding Projects

When you sign up with Emersion, we will provide you with a project manager who act as your single point of contact until your project milestones are complete. It is important you understand the project milestones and deliverable in any software integration project. It is also essential that you:

  • fund the project with adequate human and technical resources
  • make your SMEs available for project-related decisions and tasks
  • make staff available for training

Your project manager will be able to assist with project tracking and will scheduled regular meetings with you to review your progress. 

Onboarding New Modules and Features

Once subscribed to a new module or a feature, Emersion will request specific information from you in order to enable the module.
