Overview

This article explains the different statuses that can be attached to an order at various stages of the ordering process.


Order Statuses

The following statuses can apply to all orders:

StatusDefinition

Order Incomplete

The order is in progress and can be altered. From the Services > Orders screen you can click on incomplete order to continue the ordering process. The system will open to the latest page still in progress. For detailed instructions on continuing an order, click here.

Order Completed

The order has been submitted and cannot be modified. The order can still be viewed by following the instructions here.


The following statuses can apply to some orders and orders that are automatically provisioned only.

Order Pending

Typically seen only with automatically provisioned services, and orders are put into these status when there has been an error. 

As each supplier can treat errors a little differently, there is no standard way to interpret these statuses. Please raise a ticket with Emersion Support if you encounter any of these order statuses.

Order Quarantined

Order Failed

Order Cancelled
