Report Fields

| PERIOD_ID | The ID of the period type |
| SERVICE_SUBSCRIPTION_ID | The ID of the service subscription. |
| Account Id | The ID of the Emersion account. |
| Account Name | The name of the Emersion account. |
| Service Id | The ID of the service. |
| Service Plan Id | The ID of the service plan. |
| Primary Identifier | The primary identifier of the service (e.g. phone number) |
| Service Plan | The name of the service plan. |
| Period Start | The start date of the billing period. |
| Period End | The end date of the billing period. |
