This article explains how to port a service in Cumulus.
Porting a Service
Starting a New Order
Start a new order just as explained in this article.
If the new service is compatible with a currently owned service then you will be given the option to port it during the service qualification stage.
Service Qualification
During the service qualification phase the option to port a service will be presented for compatible services.
Select Transfer your existing service from another provider (Churn) and enter the mobile number for the customers current service.
Press Proceed to continue the order process as usual.
After the order has been finalised you will be taken to the screen shown below.
Under the heading Order is Complete you can press Package Subscription to view the package subscription screen for the service.
