How to Resume an Incomplete Order

To resume an incomplete order, log into Cumulus and go to Services > Orders. Follow the instructions here to find the order you want to complete.

Click the order number of the incomplete order. This will open the last page that the user was on during the order process. Continue the steps listed here to place the order, and then finalise the order using the steps listed here.
