Setting Name: Show Service and Equipment Itemisation
This setting displays an itemised table of Service and Equipment charges broken down by product categories and sub categories.

When a Service Identifier is marked as Type 12: NBN LOC ID or 13: NBN ACV ID, the ID will display on the service and eqipment itemisation for NBN services.
They will be displayed below the current Core Identifier in the Invoice as:
- AVC1234556789012 - LOC123456789012 (if both are set)
- AVC1234556789012 (if only AVC is set)
- LOC123456789012 (if only LOC is set)
