Overview
This article covers how to customise the Sign Up Portal to include your logo in the static header.
It is not mandatory to upload a log to the Emersion server. You can reference a logo hosted externally, however this may have an impact on the secure nature of the signup portal if including images from a non-secure source.
Image Preparation
Before you proceed, ensure your logo is web-ready in terms of its resolution. The maximum size that should be uploaded here is 150w * 80h (px) to ensure your logo neatly fits into the header space.
The supported file formats are GIF, JPG and PNG.
Upload the Logo
To upload the logo to Emersion's web server, go:
Admin > Settings > Sign Up Settings > Logo
Press the Choose File button.
Navigate and choose your logo file.
The system will display back to the user:
- a thumbnail image of the image that is cached for upload
- the actual file dimensions
- the file size
If needed, adjust your image outside of Cumulus and try again.
Press Submit to save the changes.
Uploading the logo is simply to place the image on the web server so it can be used in the static header via the use of a class. If the logo is not used in the header, it will not display.
