Overview

This page is for users of the Xero integration and covers how users can override the automatic synchronisation of data between Xero and Emersion and sync data immediately. This may be handy for times when you do not wish to wait for the next time the pollers run.


Run a Poller Process Manually

Integration > Xero > Sync Now

Click the button to the right of each poller to initiate an immediate sync.  After the sync has completed, this page will refresh and the count(s) will be updated. 


Account Status

At this time, an account's status (Active, Inactive, Cancelled, Suspended, etc) will have no effect on the Xero pollers - both the scheduled pollers and the manual poller processes.

As long as an account has an active linked Xero Contact and your Xero Config is Active, we will push and pull between Emersion and Xero.
