Report Fields
Report Field | Description |
---|---|
Mapping ID | This is the System Event Mapping ID. Use this ID for event-related support issues. |
Profile ID | This is the ID of the Account Profile this particular event type is mapped to. |
ACCOUNT_PROFILE | This is the name of the Account Profile this particular event type is mapped to. |
DESCRIPTION | This is the event mapping description. It is initially defined by Emersion when the event mapping is first created and (by default) takes the form System Event Type - (Profile Name). Some event mapping descriptions may reference their event respective thresholds (eg. 50%, 1 Month, 3 Days). You may request changes to the descriptions by providing Emersion Support with a list containing:
|
THRESHOLD | Some event types can host values that are used to determine when an event is triggered. These are initially set by Emersion based on the event type. An example is the Invoice Overdue event type which can be triggered based on the number of days an invoice remains overdue. This value is used to determine when to send an notification to a customer advising them that their Invoice is x days overdue, where x = threshold value. |
EVENT_TYPE_ID | The ID of the event type |
EVENT_TYPE | The name of the event type |
EXTENDED_EVENT_LOGGING | Most events support logging information when the event is triggered. This information will be stored as a note under the relevant object (account, service, subscription, etc). |
EMAIL_ENABLED |
If the column has no value, no message (email) action mapping is set up, so no email messages can be sent. |
EMAIL_PRIORITY | The priority of the email being sent. These values are set initially by Emersion. If the column has no value, no message (email) action mapping is set up, so no email messages can be sent. |
NUMBER_OF_EMAIL_TEMPLATES | The total number of message templates assigned to the message action mapping. You should only have 1 message template per message action mapping. If the EMAIL_ENABLED = Enabled but there are 0 email templates, the event will be triggered, but no email message will be physically sent. Ensure you have a message template against any event and action mappings that are enabled. |
ONSCREEN_ENABLED |
If the column has no value, no on screen action mapping is set up, so no messages will display in the UI. |
ONSCREEN_PRIORITY |
If the column has no value, no on screen action mapping is set up, so no messages will display in the UI. |
NUMBER_OF_ONSCREEN_TEMPLATES | The total number of on screen templates assigned to the onscreen action mapping. You should only have 1 on screen template per on screen action mapping. If the ONSCREEN_ENABLED = Enabled but there are 0 on screen templates, the event will be triggered, but no message will be displayed in the UI. Ensure you have an on screen template against any event and action mappings that are enabled. |
SMS_ENABLED |
If the column has no value, no SMS action mapping is set up, so no SMS messages can be sent. |
SMS_GATEWAY | This field defines the SMS gateway used to send the SMS. By default, service providers use Emersion's SMS gateway service. If your company has chosen to use their own gateway supplier to distribute SMSs, and it is configured to be used for this event type, the field will contain the alternative gateway. |
NUMBER_OF_SMS_TEMPLATES | The total number of SMS templates assigned to the SMS action mapping. You should only have 1 SMS template per SMS action mapping. If the SMS_ENABLED = Enabled but there are 0 SMS templates, the event will be triggered, but no SMS will be physically sent. Ensure you have an SMS template against any event and action mappings that are enabled. |
