Overview

The End User Portal is a web-based interface available for use by End Users and is one of several externally-facing interfaces to the Emersion platform. The End User Portal comes included for Retail Service Providers and provides a customer-friendly version of the some of the functionality provided through Cumulus. It empowers your end users to engage in self-help activities such as:

  • update some account information
  • viewing services
  • viewing and download usage
  • subscribing to bolt-on and bolt-on add-on plans
  • cancel bolt-on and add-on subscriptions
  • view and download their invoices
  • view the transaction ledger
  • making payments
  • apply a cost centre to a service.
  • View End User Portal reports that you have granted them access to.

The End User Portal is CSS based and can be framed or skinned (via CSS by your web team) to suit your corporate look and feel.

Licensing

This feature is available to subscribers of the following:  

  • Emersion Core (for Retail Service Providers only)
  • Optional Modules
  • Upon Request (please contact your Account Manager)


When a retail service provider subscribes to optional modules, any features related to the module become available to your end users via the End User Portal. For example, if your business chooses to subscribe to the Automated Payments module, the Make a Payment tab, Finance Details tab and sub-pages are also enabled. For subscribers to the Service Desk module, the Service Desk section of the End User Portal is enabled.

If you are unable to access a given feature and you have checked the permissions and powers, please raise a support ticket via the Emersion Support Portal.
