Overview
This article demonstrates how users can view or search for orders in Cumulus.
View or Search for an Order
To view or search for an order, log into Cumulus and go to Services > Orders. This page displays a list of all orders, even if the order is incomplete. You can use the search function to find an order based the following criteria: order number, account number, customer name, package plan internal name, or status.
To view a particular order, click the order number. If the order is complete, the Service Qualification page will open (shown below). If the order is incomplete, clicking the order number will open the last page that the user was on during the order process. From here, you can continue the order process and complete the order.
