Overview
This article covers how to withdraw a service type migration.
Within the realm of package subscription migrations, this called 'aborting' a migration. They are synonymous terms within the scope of these types of migrations.
Withdrawal Rules
Service type migrations can only be withdrawn if the migration is in the status of:
- Initiated
- Fulfilment Required
- Waiting on End User
To withdraw a service type migration:
Services > Service Type Migrate > Provisioning
The page will load with a list of all service type migrations.
Search for and locate the migration you want to discontinue.
In the Withdraw column of the table, click the Withdraw link against the migration.
Confirm the action to withdraw it.
This action cannot be undone. If a mistake is made, and the migration was not meant to be withdrawn, the user will need to start another from scratch.
