Overview
This article guides Cumulus staff users to enable and disable two factor authentication for their staff log in.

Enable Two Factor Authentication
To do this:
, go to Home > My Details > Change Password / Two-Factor Authentication
The status of 2FA (2FA)disabled) will be displayed on screen.
Press the Set Up Two Factor Authentication Enable button.
The light box below will be displayed.
Disable Two Factor Authentication
To disable, the user simply needs to reverse the above action.
following screen will present a QR code.
Scan the QR code using the authenticator app.
When the app returns a 6-digit code, enter it into the text field.

There is a time limit on how long the code is valid. If the code changes in the app, enter the new code. |
Press the Verify button.
The system will then show the user that 2FA is enabled. to Home > My Details > Change Password / Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
