Overview
As the Emersion platform is a financial and customer management application containing sensitive information, it is important to make sure that user session information does not get into the wrong hands. One of the security measures Emersion has in place to manage these security risks, is our session expiry features.
All users of Cumulus are subject to session expiry.
Wholesale service providers are not able to modify these settings when creating Retail Service Provider accounts.

Session Expiry: the user is automatically logged out of the system if their session remains idle for the maximum time allowed under a session expiry policy, |
Session Expiry Warning
As your session approaches expiry, a window will pop-up warning users when you will be logged out.
Hit Logout to confirm or Resume to continue using the system.
