Overview
Emersion provides a number of different user interfaces, or portals, specifically designed for End Users. This fundamentals article explainsgives a high-level over view of each portal and its purpose. Each of the portals is designed to take some specific tasks away from Cumulus users and provide end users with a self-help option.
As with all web interfaces, users can access them 24/7 from any location provided they have an internet connection.
End User Portal
The End User Portal provides end users with the following features and functionality.
- View basic service information.
- View and download usage.
- View and download invoices.
- Make payments
- Store payment information for future use.
- Access reports.
- Create and respond to service desk tickets.
