Setting Name: Show Pay by Phone (IVR)
Show Pay by Phone (IVR) section where an automated phone system is in place to take payments. Will use the ''Org Payment Phone Number'' from the Invoice Layout Info .
This setting displays the Pay by Phone (IVR) block in the How to Pay section of the invoice. Before this setting can be used, the service provider must:
- have an automated phone system in place to take payments.
- configure the Org Payment Phone Number.
- configure the Org Payment Biller Code.
Both fields are found under the Admin > My Invoice Template > Invoice Layouts > Organisation Details tab.
