Setting Name: Show Pay Online (no surcharge)
This setting shows a slightly altered version of the Show Pay Online setting. The Pay Online heading is altered to Credit or Debit Card and any reference to card surcharges are removed.
Requires the same configuration of the invoice layout as the Show Pay Online setting.
