Overview
Emersion provides a number of different externally-facing user interfaces, specifically designed for End Users. This fundamentals article gives a high-level over view of each portal and its purpose. Each of the portals provides end users with a self-help option.
As with all web interfaces, end users can access them 24/7 from any location provided they have an internet connection.
End User Portal
The End User Portal provides end users with self-help abilities such as:
- managing their account details
- manage services
- viewing and downloading usage
- viewing and paying invoices
- create and respond to service desk tickets.

The sign up portal allows new customers to:
- create an account
- order products and services.
