Overview

The Sign Up Portal is a web-based interface available for use by End Users and is one of several externally-facing interfaces to the Emersion platform. The sign up portal provides end users with the ability to:

create a End User account
perform an service qualification
choose a package plan to subscribe to.
choose related products
configure the services, service contacts, service address, etc
subscribe to service features
pay any up-front costs
set up recurring payment facilities
set up an end user portal login
download, sign and upload a contract
review the order and submit

The sign up portal supports new customer sign ups only. Existing customers cannot order additional services via the sign up portal.

A retail service provider account.

Access Control

Module permissions and powers are used to control access to modules, Powers are used to control access to features of a module, functions, and page sections.

If you are unable to access a given feature and you have checked the permissions and powers, please raise a support ticket via the Emersion Support Portal.
