The following upgrades, fixes and tweaks occurred between the 19th July- 1st August, 2024.

Accounts

We have fixed a defect seen when a user updated the address of a billing contact from one account, and the system appeared to update the address records against different contacts in other accounts. This issue was limited to accounts that had been cloned.

Subscriptions

We have fixed an issue with Service Identifiers that was setting the service identifier start date to be the same as the service created date instead of the start date.

We have fixed a defect that caused users to be unable to update the index of a service contact.

Invoices

We have fixed a defect causing the address block not to show on some invoices.

We have fixed an issue causing the invoice to be emailed twice when using the resend / repost function.

Payments

We have fixed a bug identified in the Transaction Reference search filter in the Payment List screen. We have also added a new new search filter for the Reference Key.

Refunds

We have fixed a defect stopping a user approving a refund that is assigned to them through Nimbus, when the user does not have access to approve via the ticket.

We have fixed a defect causing a 328 error when a user entered more than 64 characters into the Refund Reference field.

Integrations

Novatti Payments

We have upgraded the system to send the customer's first and last names to the Novatti payment platform.
