Overview

This module provides the ability to adjust the access fee for a single subscription to a package plan or service plan.  

What is an access fee?

An access fee is the cost to access the service incurred by the customer. It is charged every period. For subscriptions that are invoiced monthly, it is commonly referred to as a 'monthly recurring charge', although it is not necessarily charged each month.

Access fees can be defined on most of the billing objects, but the access overrides here are only available for package plans and service plans,

Every package plan or service plan must have an access fee defined. Access fees set on a package plan access fees override the cumulative access fees of the underlying service plans. Usually these do not change. However it is common for sevice providers to negotiate a special price f
