Contracts

We have fixed a defect that caused an incorrect break out amount to be charged because the system was not taking into account service-level access fee overrides.

Invoices

We have fixed an issue causing the customer name and address to be repositioned on the invoice.


Integrations

ConnectWise

For US customers, we have added support for importing the tax amount from ConnectWise.

AutoTask

We have:

  • Added a setting for allowing Autotask ‘invoice id’ being used as a fallback or instead of ‘invoice number’ (which may not be set)

  • Added an option to allow created invoices to have ‘Pending’ status.
