The following upgrades, fixes and tweaks occurred between the 25th October - 7th November, 2024.

Package Subscription

We have fixed a defect caused when a user attempted to edit the service chain discount on the package chain configuration tab of a package subscription. An error “Invalid Option” was briefly appearing when the user tried to add the commission user.

Product Rate Override

The product rate override import tool has undergone a significant upgrade to increase its functionality. Users can now change existing product rates, add or delete a note and reset the start date of future-dated overrides.  This import tool now caters for a number of additional use cases that it did not in the past. A new template has been released, along with updated online help.
