Service Plans

Ledger Code Override

Service Providers can now override the default ledger code for a service plan. This enables service providers to differentiate the ledger codes for each group of service plans within the same service type.  A new screen under the service plan called Ledger Override enables users to override the various service plan ledger codes.

A new power Can Edit Service Plan Ledger Code Override controls if users can access this feature.

Events

We have added the end user portal username as an event variable to the Payment Failed event.

Bulk Import and Update Tools

We have fixed a minor defect in the Product Rate Override Bulk Import tool. In addition we found that in some cases, the system was setting a  start date to a specific time. As a result, this could cause rating to fail. This has been fixed.

The Access Fee Override import tool has been enhanced to enable users to choose the set the override to the start date of the service.
