Overview
This event sends a notification when an account is created. It can be used as a welcome, provide FAQs, contact numbers and other details your new customer may need.
Licensing
This event is:
- A standard event for Wholesale and Retail service providers
- Included with a module or feature
- a standalone event available upon request (please contact your Account Manager)
Trigger
The event is triggered by an account being created in Cumulus or via the API.
No thresholds apply to this event type.
