The following upgrades, fixes and tweaks occurred between the 6th July, 2018 - 19th July, 2018.

Service Types

A new manually-provisioned service type, Healthcare Monitoring Watch has been released.

Rating

Inbound Miscellaneous Usage

This change affects all Emersion subscribers who use usage miscellaneous inbound records.

Up until this change was deployed, the system would wait until the end of the service subscription period to create a cardline for usage miscellaneous records.

Emersion have changed the way carrier-based inbound service and equipment one-time charges are processed.

The system will now create cardlines during the rating phase by default.

This change enables you to bill these records immediately if that is your preference.

The records are continuing to be bucketed into the current service subscription period, so having a period open does not imply there are no approved cardlines related to it.

Account Management

Fixed a bug causing the account balance to display as $0 when the account was in credit.

Packages and Plans

Fixed a bug that allowed the same bolt-on plan to be linked to the same service plan multiple times.

Invoices

Invoice Templates

Fixed an issue affecting the Invoice Layout Type 3 that caused an error when generating the invoice when extension level billing was not enabled.

Bulk Access Fee Pricing Overrides

UX improvements have been made to the Customer > Details > Bulk Access Fee Pricing Override page.

Xero Integration

Resolved an issue caused by a bug in the cUrl library that caused a duplicate component in the header of an API call to Xero. This in turn, caused errors to be thrown when some API calls to Xero were made.

Enhancements have been made to ensure Cumulus implements the correct behaviour based on the Xero configuration status as shown on the Xero Diagnostics page.

End User Portal

Fixed a defect causing an "Invalid Number Format" error to be thrown when the end user searched for a payment via the payment ID on the Payment Details page of the End User Portal.

Sign Up Portal

The sign up settings have been enhanced to allow CSS code to be added into its own field. The static headers and footer fields have also been increased to store more content.

Service Desk

The defect causing an error to be thrown when users attempted to link a service to a service desk request has been resolved.

API

The GNAF carrier location profile ID in the services/APIupdateAddressAvailability API is now optional and additional business rules have been introduced for when it is not provided.  Read more...
